Job Description



Lumina Agency INC is seeking a motivated and professional Client Account Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining strong business relationships. You will collaborate with internal departments, provide account support, and help deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure accurate documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to provide timely solutions.
  • Monitor account activity and identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and updates.
  • Assist with account reviews and follow-up communications.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in every interaction.
