Collaborate with entrepreneurs and venture capital funds in Spanish-speaking markets. Requirements JD or LLM degree. Prior work experience in Latin America preferred. Experience with emerging companies and venture capital financings strongly preferred. Admission to the California and/or New York Bar required. Fluency in Spanish is required. Education JD or LLM degree. Certifications Admission to the California and/or New York Bar. Skills Strong transactional experience in venture capital financings and mergers and acquisitions.
