Corporate Latin America Associate Mid-Level

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level associate to join its Corporate Latin America practice in New York, NY. This role involves handling sophisticated Latin American and U.S. transactions, along with a variety of general corporate matters. Responsibilities Represent emerging companies, venture capital, and private equity investors. Engage in venture capital financings, growth equity, and private equity investments. Participate in public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate matters. Collaborate closely with clients and assume significant responsibility in transactions. Requirements JD or LLM degree. Corporate transactional experience with prior large law firm experience preferred. Experience with M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. Experience advising on Latin American transactions strongly preferred. Admission to the New York and/or California Bar required. Spanish working proficiency required. Education & Certifications JD or LLM degree. Admission to the New York and/or California Bar. Skills Strong transactional and corporate law skills. Proficiency in Spanish.
