Junior Copywriter

Supporting creative development in a full-time remote capacity, the Junior Copywriter will translate strategic briefs into engaging copy across various marketing channels, collaborating with a team of writers and cross-functional partners to uphold brand voice and meet business objectives. Key responsibilities Write compelling copy for email, direct mail, blogs, landing pages, display, and social media to connect with diverse audiences Collaborate with art directors, designers, producers, and marketers to create cohesive and effective marketing materials Develop subject matter expertise and adapt writing tone to balance transactional and conceptual messaging Required qualifications High school diploma/GED with six years of professional copywriting experience in an advertising or marketing agency, or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with three years of experience Demonstrated ability to write and edit both short- and long-form content across various channels Experience adapting tone by audience and platform to drive engagement Strong presentation skills with the ability to influence business and creative decisions Prior agency experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple assignments
