Description
- Communicate with drivers to relay updates, instructions, or changes
- Enter and update data in monitoring system
- Enter orders for daily routes
- Maintain an accurate daily attendance roster for drivers
- Communicate with department employees, dispatcher to needed locations to respond to routine requests or emergency situations.
- Answer phones
- Call customers for additional product needed prior to dispatching orders
- Maintain assigned files and process information according to established guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to prioritize workloads to successfully meet deadlines
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Attention to detail and excellent follow-up ability
- Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Suite – Outlook, Excel and Word
- Must have strong verbal & written communication
