This role is categorized as hybrid. The successful candidate is expected to report to GM Global Technical Center three times per week, or as dictated by business needs.

The Role:

Support the strategy, execution, and lifecycle management of Curated by Cadillac and assigned Cadillac nameplates. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, Marketing, Concierge, Order Fulfilment, and other teams to deliver market-ready vehicle offerings, optimize pricing and packaging strategies, enhance the client experience, and drive business performance. Serve as a key product leader, translating customer, competitive, market, and financial insights into recommendations that strengthen brand value, profitability, and long-term product success. This role reports to the CELESTIQ Product and V-Series, Commissioned and Curated Strategy Manager.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Curated by Cadillac product definition and execution for approved programs and markets, ensuring achievement of client experience, brand, financial, volume, and market-impact objectives.

Partner with Cadillac Product, Marketing, Design, Program Management, Order Fulfilment, and other stakeholders to develop and execute product strategies that align with brand standards and business goals.

Present and advocate for Curated and assigned Cadillac nameplate strategies to leadership and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and organizational support.

Collaborate with Cadillac Product Managers across Curated programs, CELESTIQ, and assigned nameplates to align processes, share best practices, and support successful program execution.

Serve as a key member of Program Execution Teams and other cross-functional workgroups to support product development, implementation, and launch activities.

Author and execute product change requests and maintain program content documentation to ensure alignment with marketing intent and program requirements.

Partner with Product Managers and Order Fulfillment teams to ensure accurate configuration, pricing, and ordering system updates, including the Vehicle Content Pricing System (VCPS).

Collaborate with Artisan Vehicle Engineering (AVE), Purchasing, and supplier partners to develop and implement product execution processes while considering supplier agreements, costs, and program requirements.

Work with Finance teams to develop product pricing strategies, including MSRP recommendations and communication plans for clients, retailers, concierge teams, and other stakeholders.

Represent Curated programs in key forums including Product Marketing reviews, Program Execution Teams, pricing reviews, complexity management discussions, launch activities, and Go-To-Market planning.

Support Manufacturing, assembly plants, GM Pre-Production Operations (PPO), and related teams in implementing product build plans, launch activities, and execution best practices.

Serve as the product Subject Matter Expert for assigned Curated programs and Cadillac nameplates, providing leadership, guidance, training, and product expertise across business, marketing, communications, retailer, concierge, and launch activities.

Review and approve market-facing materials, including websites, configurators, order guides, media content, retailer assets, and communications to ensure product accuracy and brand consistency.

Monitor competitive product offerings and leverage market research to identify opportunities that strengthen Cadillac's product strategy and customer experience.

Partner with concierge teams to develop and maintain program tools, dashboards, and client management processes that support the Curated ownership experience.

Develop sell-down and transition strategies for current-generation vehicles while supporting next-generation product launches and lifecycle planning.

Support enterprise initiatives that evaluate and expand Curated-inspired offerings across other GM brands, vehicle segments, and global markets.

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)  

Bachelor's degree.

5+ years relevant work experience including various product-related roles in Marketing, Product Planning/Program Management and/or Engineering.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. 

Effective negotiation and influencing skills that drive alignment and positive outcomes.

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

Consistently makes good recommendations and decisions based on data, analysis, experience, and sound judgment. 

Strong knowledge of vehicle products, competitors, and the automotive industry. 

Strong analytical and project management skills. 

Willingness to defend what is right for the client, address conflicting interests and influence positive outcomes.  

Ability to manage multiple assignments and tasks effectively and efficiently - must be flexible and agile to lead through often changing situations. 

Possesses the functional and technical skills and knowledge of engineering/supply chain release processes to perform product marketing duties in close collaboration with commissioned execution team.

Strong level of intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous improvement  

Self-motivated, can work independently and possesses a strong drive to improve, build and grow self and others. 

Proven ability to foster collaboration, develop teams, and drive innovative ideas to execution.

What Can Give You a Competitive Advantage (Preferred Qualifications)

Engineering degree preferred.

Master of Business Administration (MBA).

7+ years relevant work experience including various product-related roles in Marketing, Product Planning/Program Management and/or Engineering.

Vehicle launch experience, and luxury product experience.

Strong PC/MS Office skills.

Familiarity with GM global vehicle development, pricing, and marketing launch processes.

Familiarity with GM product and marketing systems and databases: PPC, CR/DN, VCPS, Global Information Center, Competitive Product Database, Sales and Registration Reporting, New Vehicle Customer Studies.
