Operations Technician

Operations Technician (Open) – Dayton, OH (AMG) - ASU Pay: $30 per hour. Bonus: 4% annual. Travel: 0 – 10% for training. Work Schedule: Mon – Fri (8am‑5pm) On call and OT as required. Job Duties Operate and control equipment used in air separation, vacuum swing absorption, and carbon dioxide plants. Maintain plant mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical devices and equipment. Support various processing plants for startups, training, and leave coverage for production technicians. Required Qualifications High school diploma. 2–3 years of industrial plant/cryogenic plant experience preferred. Understanding of control valve functions and systems used to control flows & pressures on industrial tanks. Experience troubleshooting equipment in a plant environment. Preferred Qualifications Air Separation Plant or related industrial experience. Water treatment principles and equipment knowledge. Basic understanding of refrigeration systems. Basic understanding of air separation and associated technologies. Electrical/instrumentation background.
