Asset Management Associate - Real Estate Debt

Miami We’re working with a leading US private real estate lender on an exciting opportunity for an Asset Management Associate to join their growing team in Miami. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing existing portfolio investments, working closely with borrowers, consultants, legal counsel and internal teams to mitigate risk and maximise property values. Key Responsibilities Monitor borrower business plans, financial and technical covenants Act as a key contact for borrowers and vendors Review legal documentation and draft legal notices Analyse property financials and construction progress Coordinate with servicing teams to ensure timely payments Work with external counsel on loan documents and covenant enforcement Prepare reports and analysis on existing investments Work with consultants and participate in asset/site inspections Key Requirements 3+ years experience within an asset management role, within real estate (equity or debt) Strong analytical, organisational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office The firm has financed over $2 billion of assets and offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with strong opportunities for development and progression. #J-18808-Ljbffr Meraki Talent
