Your role in our mission: Recruit qualified providers to participate in the Small Provider Billing and Training program. Instruct providers on how to successfully bill the Medi-Cal program. Review and correct provider's claim before adjudication. Provide telephone support to enrolled providers.

One year minimum experience. High school diploma or G.E.D. Two or more years of customer service. Knowledgeable about healthcare billing and medical claim forms, preferably Medi-Cal. Experience in providing verbal instructions to customers. Experience working with and skilled in Microsoft products including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power.

This is a full-time, hybrid position requiring candidates to reside within 35 miles of West Sacramento, California and be available to work onsite as needed. Business and analytical problem-solving skill. Communication skills and ability to work independently. Ability to follow oral and written directions. Ability to be flexible. The pay range for this position is $31,200.00 - $44,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
