Position Overview: Banquet Chef for an upscale, high-volume luxury catering context in Passaic County, NJ .
Prerequisites: Reinforces the 3 years of high-level catering experience and mandatory weekend and holiday availability.
Core Responsibilities: culinary production, team leadership, BOH inventory management, responsible for all aspects in the BOH standards for proper execution, cooking skills of all stations and ServSafe compliance.
Physical Requirements: Outlines necessary physical benchmarks like standing periods and weight limits lifting of 50 pounds for a high-intensity kitchen.
