Eligible employees can work from home up to one day each week.How You'll Make an ImpactLead large, complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through delivery to improve service reliability, operational performance, and customer experiencePartner with senior leadership, executive stakeholders, and teams across multiple departments to align priorities, drive accountability, and support successful project executionOversee project planning, resource alignment, risk identification, and execution across multiple workstreams to deliver measurable business valueEstablish project plans, timelines, governance, and success measures that keep initiatives aligned with business objectives and stakeholder expectationsMonitor scope, budgets, risks, quality, service levels, and performance metrics to maintain momentum and ensure project goals are achievedTrack progress, dependencies, and key decisions, proactively addressing issues and driving mitigation plans to reduce delivery riskCommunicate project strategy, status, milestones, and challenges clearly to leadership and stakeholders to support alignment and informed decision-making.Mentor junior project managers and help elevate project management discipline, consistency, and effectiveness across the teamWhat You'll Bring to SpectrumRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experienceExperience3 years of project management experienceSkillsStrong ability to work directly with business leaders and to support multiple stakeholders and assignmentsStrong analytical and diagnostic skills with a data-driven approach and the ability to translate complex ideas for all levels of the organizationExceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to influence outcomes and build alignmentAbility to work effectively and proactively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentAbility to motivate cross-functional teams and drive successful project outcomes.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) and agile delivery management tools (e.g. Jira)Preferred QualificationsProject Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculumHere, our employees don't just have jobs, they're building careers.
