In this fully remote role, you'll play a key part in maintaining payroll accuracy, supporting time and attendance processes, resolving employee inquiries, and helping ensure compliance with payroll regulations and company policies. If you're organized, analytical, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.Why Join Us?Fully remote work arrangementCompetitive pay: $21.45 - $30.00 per hourComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)Paid holidays and generous paid time offTuition reimbursement and job-related training opportunitiesWellness program and employee resourcesCommunity volunteer opportunitiesCareer growth and development opportunitiesWhat You'll DoProcess payroll-related transactions, including direct deposit changes, tax withholding updates, voluntary deductions, and W-2 requests.Respond to employee payroll inquiries and provide timely and accurate support.Calculate and process payroll corrections, adjustments, exceptions, and on-demand payments.Troubleshoot and maintain employee records within the time and attendance system.Partner with Human Resources, Accounting, and other departments to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.Support compliance with Department of Labor (DOL), Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and company policies related to timekeeping and overtime practices.Interpret and process child support orders, garnishments, and other court-ordered deductions.Process payments through centralized Friend of the Court (FOC) programs.Run payroll interfaces and assist with payroll calculations, including gross-to-net processing, payroll taxes, and general ledger reporting.Reconcile payroll balances, review payroll controls, and resolve routine discrepancies.Provide payroll data to authorized agencies while maintaining strict confidentiality.Support payroll tax withholding and deposit activities.Assist with year-end payroll processes, including the generation and distribution of W-2 forms.What We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Six (6) months of payroll, accounting, or related experience with a basic understanding of payroll principles.Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.Experience working with SAP Payroll or a similar payroll/business system.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.Ability to adapt and remain effective in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.Strong analytical and mathematical skills.Preferred QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.SAP Payroll experience.Advanced payroll processing knowledge or experience.Knowledge of accounting principles.Experience processing multi-state payroll.Experience with time and attendance systems.Experience with in-house payroll processing.Who We AreWe're your top choice for foam cups, classic red SOLO® cups, and convenient take-out containers, ensuring people can enjoy their food and drinks anytime, anywhere.
