Work Environment

You will work in a dynamic rehabilitation center located in Centreville, Virginia, where patient-centered care is our priority. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Flex Staff, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess patients' functional limitations and developing personalized treatment plans.
• Providing expert consultations to healthcare providers regarding your patients' continuum of care.
• Skillfully interacting with patients of all ages and cultural backgrounds while adhering to high customer service standards.
• Implementing treatment plans, monitoring patient progress, and modifying strategies based on clinical findings.
• Documenting patient evaluations and treatment progress accurately, in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards.
• Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary team members and referring physicians to ensure integrated care.
• Participating in community outreach initiatives and leadership functions, contributing to marketing, program development, and quality improvement efforts.
• Supervising and mentoring assigned support staff, ensuring effective departmental resource management.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
