Job Description

Job Overview
Customer Service Representative

MUST be Bilingual: English/Spanish!!!

Responsibilities include:

Assisting customers with emailed orders
Ensuring orders are processed and accurately reported for production
Scheduling Appointments
Assisting Sales Personnel with product information
Handling complaints and forwarding to correct personnel / following up through approval for crediting if needed.
Billing orders shipped out
Assisting Shipping/Production Departments with needed paperwork
Complete order reporting through Excel to provide to management

TEMP TO HIRE

Monday – Friday 8 am to 5 pm
$25hr

Skills required :

Microsoft Excel and Word Knowledge (formatting documents / formulas)

Outlook email knowledge and email etiquette

Ability to work well independently, as well as in collaboration with other accounting personnel

Ability to analyze problems, find logical resolutions and knowing when to request assistance

Ability to communicate with customers politely and effectively verbally as well as in written form

Ability to multi-task and prioritize
