Construction Trades Staffing Inc
Construction Trades Staffing is looking for an experienced Site Superintendent. For this position you will be overseeing daily project operations while ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations and enforce safety standards
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, public agencies, and project teams.
- Create and update schedules, equipment requirements, trade assignments, lift plans, and safety plans.
- Guarantee that work meets QA/QC standards and follows original plans.
- Submit schedules, weekly paperwork, and daily logs covering hours, equipment use, completed quantities, and other activities.
- Keep labor and production on track to deliver projects on time and within or under budget.
- Share critical project updates quickly with operations staff.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years as a Superintendent on heavy civil, utility, highway, or bridge projects
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management, or equivalent experience.
- Deep knowledge of heavy civil construction methods, strong management abilities, and excellent people and communication skills.
