Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This rewarding contract opportunity centers around direct involvement in both resource settings and the RISE program, serving students with moderate disabilities during a maternity leave coverage. This is a full-time, onsite position working with a manageable caseload of approximately 50 students.

What we’re looking for:

• Valid Washington State SLP license
• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) through ASHA
• Experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to confidently manage a diverse caseload including moderate disabilities

Key responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy to elementary students in both resource and specialized program settings
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and monitor student progress
• Deliver direct therapy, consultation, and coaching for staff and families
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
