Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting students in a vibrant elementary school environment! This full-time contract role focuses on providing onsite speech-language pathology services, covering a maternity leave from November 16, 2026, through January 29, 2027. You’ll work collaboratively with school staff, focusing on students in both resource and RISE (moderate disabilities) programs, managing a caseload of approximately 50 students.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington SLP License and ESA required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with elementary-aged students
• Proficiency in working with moderate disabilities and diverse student needs
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to adapt to the needs of both general education and special education populations

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school psychologists, and support teams
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and provide progress updates to families
• Assist with program development and support the inclusive practices within general and special education settings
• Contribute positively to school climate and effectively manage a full-time caseload
