Lead HR Business Partner- US BioPharmaceuticals Wilmington, DEHuman ResourcesHybrid Work- on average 3 days a week from officeThe Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a critical member of the US BioPharmaceuticals (US BBU) HR Leadership Team, accountable for shaping and delivering the people strategy that enables the Commercial business to achieve its ambitions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business priorities into talent, organization, culture, and workforce strategies that drive sustainable performance. The Lead HRBP has accountability for designing and implementing an integrated people strategy across an assigned client group, partnering closely with HR Centers of Excellence and HR colleagues to deliver exceptional employee and leadership experiences. The role combines strategic leadership, organizational effectiveness, talent development, workforce planning, change leadership, and coaching to ensure the business is equipped with the capabilities, leadership, and culture needed for future success. This role reports to the Vice President of HR, US BBU.  What you'll doContribute to the Commercial strategic workforce plan and the enterprise people and talent agenda through active participation on the US BBU HR Leadership Team. Develop and execute an integrated people strategy aligned with the organization's vision, business priorities, and long-term objectives. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic counsel, challenge, and executive coaching to enhance leadership effectiveness and team performance. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver effective and efficient solutions across talent management, rewards, performance, leadership development, employee experience, workforce planning, and recruitment. Lead strategic talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development efforts to build a strong and diverse pipeline of talent for current and future business needs. Identify organizational capability gaps and design actionable organization, talent, and culture interventions that drive business performance. Partner with leadership teams to shape organizational design, team effectiveness, and operating model decisions that support business transformation and growth. Lead and support large-scale business change initiatives, ensuring thoughtful change management, stakeholder engagement, and adoption. Use people analytics, workforce insights, and external trends to inform decision-making, identify opportunities, and measure the impact of HR strategies and interventions. Apply foundational financial acumen including budgeting, FTE management, and facilitating demand planning activities to support the people agenda Drive innovation and continuous improvement by leveraging digital technologies, AI, automation, and data-driven solutions to simplify processes, enhance the employee experience, improve decision-making, and create more efficient ways of working across the organization. Essential for the role Bachelor’s Degree in in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field    7+ years of HR experience within a large, sophisticated, and matrixed/global organization – preferably in HR client-facing role.  Digitally-savvy, with evidence of driving innovative solutions and a continuous improvement approach to HR implementation.  Demonstrable track record of leading the development and execution of HR and people strategies with measurable results.  Solid experience as a trusted advisor and coach to business leaders.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence, challenge, and negotiate at senior levels in an international environment.  Demonstrated use of HR analytics and organizational data to inform decision-making, develop interventions, and evaluate impact.   Desirable for the role Master's degree  Project and change management experience  Leadership of teams and team effectiveness skills   Understanding of US employment law, policy, and risk management.  Office Working RequirementsWhen we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
