The Role Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, managing correspondence, and supporting building security protocols. Provide administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including pre-employment activities, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding. Support HR processes and systems, including I-9 documentation, employee records, FMLA paperwork, ADP updates, and data tracking. Manage employee and contractor building access, including badge creation, updates, audits, and deactivation. Serve as a resource for employee questions and appropriately route HR and payroll inquiries. Coordinate new hire apparel inventory and distribution and assist with plant paycheck distribution. Provide scheduling and administrative support for internal interviews and other HR activities. Support plant events and internal communications by creating flyers, updating presentations, and maintaining digital signage across facilities. What You’ll Bring Essential Qualifications: Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program, ideally with a focus in HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or similar. Professional and positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Preferred Qualifications: Strong teamwork, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships Demonstrates curiosity, initiative, and sound judgment in problem‑solving situations Proficiency in Microsoft Office®, particularly Excel Ready to Own Your Future?
