Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional, patient-centered physical therapy services tailored to each individual's needs in an outpatient setting. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patient conditions, clearly communicate findings, and devise tailored treatment plans that align with recovery goals. Organize and preplan each treatment session to ensure a structured and effective flow, enhancing the overall experience for patients. Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and tools, such as exercise programs, manual therapy, and modalities, to facilitate rehabilitation. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards. Assist in educating patients about their conditions and the importance of adherence to treatment protocols for sustained health improvements. Patient Population / Client Focus Our physical therapists work primarily with active adults seeking to recover from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal pain conditions. The focus on maintaining and improving physical function allows our team to support individuals at various stages of their rehabilitation journey, thereby fostering lasting relationships that contribute significantly to patient motivation and adherence to treatment plans. Qualifications Candidate must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Possession of a valid Physical Therapy license to practice in the state of New Jersey is required. Preferred Experience At least 2 years of experience in an outpatient orthopedic setting is preferred, demonstrating a capability in handling a diverse range of patient cases effectively. Compensation and Benefits This full-time position offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
