Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ and families’ psychosocial needs to establish individualized care plans that promote mental wellness.

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders, employing evidence-based practices to develop effective treatment strategies.

• Create and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of clients, utilizing approaches such as brief solution-focused therapy and harm reduction strategies.

• Support patients during critical situations, providing crisis intervention and bereavement counseling to help navigate through challenging times.

• Maintain organized records and documentation of client sessions in compliance with all health regulations and safety standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality care.

• Stay actively engaged in continuous professional development and share insights and strategies with team members to enhance collaborative treatment efforts.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Marriage & Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current State Licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or an equivalent qualification.

• Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
