Lead Data Engineer

Overview Our client is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to join their team. This position is located in Denver, Colorado. Responsibilities Perform hands‑on engineering and provide lead-level ownership to data engineering teams. Collaborate cross‑functionally to solve complex business and technical challenges. Translate analytical requirements into actionable engineering solutions and conduct independent research and analysis to inform strategic decision‑making. Perform data pipeline development/maintenance and build ETL processes from various sources into Snowflake, Azure, and Fabric. Design new data structures and explore how to leverage new tools or platforms. Qualifications 7+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a dedicated lead/management role. Comfortable bridging the gap between engineering teams and executives. Hands‑on technical work experience with proficiency in Python, SQL, and ETL. Experience working with cloud tools such as AWS, Fabric, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, and Redshift. Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Plans.
