Guiding prospective students through a structured admissions process, the full-time remote Admissions Advisor will manage a high-volume pipeline of leads from campus and university partnerships while providing consultative support on program details, tuition, and funding options. Key responsibilities Own and manage a high-volume pipeline of inbound leads from partner campuses and universities, guiding students from inquiry to enrollment Conduct individual admissions consultations to assess student goals and fit for ACI Tech Academy's programs Maintain accurate records of student interactions and enrollment activity in the CRM, ensuring consistent follow-up and outreach Required qualifications 1 to 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, sales, or a comparable consultative role Strong work ethic, high energy, and self-motivation Experience operating in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment CRM discipline and organizational skills to manage a high volume of interactions Professional communication skills and personal accountability
