Join Our Amazing Neuro Med/Surg Team Job Description: - Position: Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg - Neuro - Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, 3 shifts per week (12-hour shifts) - Location: 3441 Dickerson Road, Nashville, TN - Unit Name: 3rd, Neuro Med/Surg - Cost Center: 611 Unit Specifics: - Number of Beds: 20 - Patient Ratios: 6:1 - Support Staff Available: Tech support for day and night shift, Unit Secretary 7 AM - 7 PM - Equipment Used: IV Pumps, Telemetry, SCDs, Continuous Pulse Ox Machines, Feeding Pumps, PCA, EKG machines, bladder scanner, iMobile communication technology - Documentation System: Meditech - Floating Policy: Contract labor floats first; rotation for multiple C/L staff scheduled Expectations: - Provide attentive and compassionate care to patients and their families. - Engage in bedside shift reporting and make personal connections with patients. - Include patients and family members in their plan of care.
