Scheduling Details: - Full-time commitment: 3 shifts (12 hours each) per week. - Weekend requirement: 2 weekends (4 shifts) per 4-week schedule. - Floating policy applies: Contract labor is first to float; rotation is followed for multiple C/L staff scheduled. Required Skills: - Med/Surg experience is essential. - Strong multitasking and prioritization skills. - Proficient in starting IVs, basic wound care, and maintenance of surgical drains, nasogastric tubes, and chest tubes. - Certifications: Active RN license and BLS certification required.
