Administrative Coordinator
Pay Range: $19 /Hr. Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday Location: Fort Myers, FL
Key Responsibilities Administrative Coordinator:
- Serve as the primary point of contact by screening incoming calls, routing inquiries, and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate complex calendars, schedule appointments, and provide accurate, timely information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft polished professional memos, transcribe meeting notes, and design impactful presentations tailored for various departments.
- Provide agile administrative assistance across multiple concurrent company projects.
- Efficiently prepare and track invoices while overseeing the processing of employee expense reports.
- Establish and maintain highly organized, easily accessible digital and physical filing systems.
- Execute all daily duties in strict alignment with established company guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Carry out specialized assignments with high fidelity by closely following detailed management directives.
Qualifications & Requirements Administrative Coordinator:
- Demonstrated background in an administrative, clerical, or office support function.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent productivity software.
- Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
