Position Overview

Will train any RN with at least one year of nursing experience!

The unit features 28 private patient rooms and provides care for a diverse medical-surgical patient population. Nurses work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care while developing strong assessment, clinical judgment, and care coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient conditions throughout hospitalization
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment plans
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Advocate for patients while ensuring exceptional care and outcomes

Requirements

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required
• Acute care experience is NOT required
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or BSN required
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
