Pediatrician Opportunity At Advocare South Jersey PediatricsAdvocare South Jersey Pediatrics is looking for a full time or part time pediatrician to join our team. Our primary care practice is located in South Jersey, conveniently located to Philadelphia, with offices in Cherry Hill and Collingswood, New Jersey. Advocare South Jersey Pediatrics has a decades long history of delivering exceptional care to generations of families. We are looking for a permanent addition to our clinical family. This role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care and collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the highest quality of patient outcomes. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, adhering to compliance standards, and fostering patient education and preventive care initiatives.Specific Duties:Provide comprehensive pediatric care for infants, children, and adolescents, including well child, sick/acute care visits, and management of chronic conditions.Perform age-appropriate physical exams, developmental screenings, and behavioral assessmentsAdminister immunizations and counsel families per CDC/AAP guidelinesDiagnose and treat common pediatric illnesses and injuries and prescribe medications and treatments responsibly and accuratelyProvide anticipatory guidance on nutrition, growth, development, sleep, and safety and educate parents and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive careRefer patients to specialists and follow up on consults and/or coordinate care with therapists, schools, and community resources when appropriateReview lab results, imaging, and reports and communicate findings to familiesMaintain accurate, timely electronic medical records (EMR.)
