HOURS NEEDED: 8:00/8:30 - 5:00/5:30JOB SUMMARY:Provide prompt, courteous and accurate customer service while assisting customers and employees with bank card products and ATMs. This position must acquire and maintain a working knowledge of bank products and services to recognize cross sell opportunities and refer customers. Serves as a specialized contact for the bank's card services and setup and maintain ATM fleet.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Provides customer service excellence in accordance with our standards and philosophy.Daily customer contact involving card and ATM questions or issues.Performs daily functions of credit card, debit card, and ATMs, promptly and efficiently.Reviews documentation for compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.Cross trains in daily functions of card services and merchant processing.Participates in community events for SMB.Recognizes opportunities to cross sell bank products and services.SKILL REQUIREMENTS:Professional, friendly, and outgoing personalityDetail oriented, able to multi-task and self-motivatedExcellent customer service and communication skillsComputer Skills (Jack Henry, Microsoft Word, Excel)PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:This position is largely sedentary; however, filing and the use of standard office. The ability to sit, bend, squat, twist and lift/carry equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. is also required. This position requires a working knowledge of computers, printers, credit card machines, and general office equipment.The physical requirements described represent those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Prior teller or banking experience preferred.
