Due to a sustained influx of sophisticated workflow , the firm is looking to add an experienced mid-to-senior level associate to its award-winning team. What You’ll Be Doing Draft, argue, and respond to dispositive and non-dispositive motions Take and defend depositions; manage all aspects of discovery, including e-discovery and disputes Prepare witnesses and participate in trials, evidentiary hearings, and arbitrations Negotiate settlements and develop practical, business-oriented resolutions for clients Handle commercial landlord-tenant, lease enforcement, contract, title, construction, and other complex real estate disputes What They’re Looking For 5+ years of experience handling complex real estate litigation matters Substantial experience representing commercial landlords, owners, developers, and real estate clients Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills, plus strong knowledge of New York civil practice Experience managing cases independently while collaborating within a team in a fast-paced environment Outstanding communication skills and admission to the New York State Bar in good standing What’s on Offer Competitive salary of $225,000–$260,000 (based on experience and qualifications) Opportunity to handle sophisticated real estate litigation for commercial landlords, owners, and developers Hands-on responsibility across all phases of litigation, including trials and arbitrations Collaborative team environment with meaningful client contact and practical, business-focused work Clear path for professional growth in a leading New York real estate practice #J-18808-Ljbffr
