Sales Appointment Coordinator - Fitness

About the Role D1 Training is an athletic-based fitness franchise focused on helping athletes of all ages reach their goals, both on and off the field. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Sales Appointment Coordinator who excels at appointment setting, outbound outreach, and relationship building. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, following up consistently, and creating opportunities for in-person conversations that lead to long-term memberships. Benefits Bonus based on performance Opportunity for advancement Training & development Benefits Commission on new member sales Employee discounts Flexible schedule Opportunity for advancement What You’ll Do Proactively contact leads via phone, text, and email to set consultations and appointments Conduct outbound outreach to local businesses, schools, and community organizations Respond quickly to inbound inquiries from digital ads and marketing campaigns Follow up with prospects consistently to keep appointments scheduled and attended Build rapport with parents, athletes, and adult clients to understand their goals Schedule and coordinate in-person sales consultations with the coaching team Track activity and follow-ups accurately in the CRM Represent D1 Training professionally within the local community What We’re Looking For Experience in sales, appointment setting, customer service, or call center environments Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups Strong communication and relationship-building skills Organized, reliable, and consistent with follow-through Positive attitude and coachable mindset Interest in fitness, athletics, or helping people improve their performance Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment This Role Is a Good Fit If You Enjoy setting appointments and opening doors for in-person conversations Are comfortable speaking with new people every day Like structured goals and performance-based incentives Want growth opportunities within a fitness and training organization This Role Is Not a Fit If You Dislike outbound calling or consistent follow-up Prefer purely inbound or administrative work Are uncomfortable talking with prospects who may need multiple touchpoints D1 Training is one of the fastest-growing athletic training brands in the country, built on a proven model and strong national momentum.
