Fabricator Landisville, PA Regular Employee | Hourly Non-Exempt | $23.00 - 28.00 What You'll Do QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED required; technical, vocational, or trade-school coursework preferred Two or more years of experience in fabrication, metalworking, manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or a similar hands-on production environment preferred Demonstrated experience using multiple shop tools or fabrication processes rather than experience limited to a single repetitive operation Mechanical assembly experience, including part fit-up, fastening, alignment, and interpretation of work instructions, strongly preferred Ability to read a tape measure and interpret basic blueprints, drawings, dimensions, and tolerances Working knowledge of safe tool operation, personal protective equipment, machine guarding, and material-handling practices Strong mechanical aptitude, hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and ability to recognize workmanship or fit concerns Ability to work independently and as part of a team, learn new equipment, rotate between assignments, and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment Why Aebi Schmidt Group?
