We're a family-oriented, faith-based company that thrives on teamwork, hands-on learning, and a culture where your work and ideas are genuinely valued.What You'll Do As Welder/Fabricator:Weld & fit trailer steel frames and components while meeting quality and time standards set by your supervisor.Apply Standard Work, 5S, and other Lean manufacturing methods to support consistent, efficient production.Collaborate with the team to reduce production times and eliminate defective products.Uphold Belmont Quality Standards and check your work for accuracy and craftsmanship.Follow safety guidelines and stay alert to your processes and surroundings.Work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.Our Ideal Welder/Fabricator:Experienced: Has at least 1 year of MIG welding experience or a trade school—preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training to entry-level candidates who are eager to learn & grow.Self-Motivated: Stays focused and productive throughout the day without constant direction or supervision.Hardworking: Brings a strong work ethic and takes pride in completing tasks with accuracy, quality, and care.Humble, Hungry, and Smart: Works well with others, shows eagerness to learn, and uses common sense to navigate team dynamics.Genuine & Honest: Shows integrity, communicates openly, and contributes to a respectful, trustworthy work environment.Communicative: Shares ideas, asks good questions, and helps keep the team informed and aligned.Active: Able to stand for a full 10-hour shift and lift up to 100 lbs. without assistance.What we offer our Welder/Fabricator:$22-$30/hour – depending on experienceConsistent Overtime: Approximately 50 hours per week, with overtime pay after 40 hoursHealth InsurancePaid Time OffPaid HolidaysIRA with up to a 3% matchQuarterly Profit SharingPerformance-Based Bonus System is calculated with every paycheckOn-the-job trainingFun & engaging work environmentCareer Growth & AdvancementA family-oriented team that values humility, respect, and shared successA culture of continuous learning, hands-on support, and practical innovationTo ApplyWhether entry-level or skilled, if you take pride in your work and want to grow with a company that values craftsmanship, integrity, and teamwork, we invite you to apply today.
