Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs and goals, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), narrative therapy, and systemic family therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, integrating feedback and reassessing goals to adapt to evolving client needs.

• Document all client interactions clearly and confidentially, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while maintaining comprehensive records to track client progress.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, social workers, and community liaisons, to provide comprehensive care and support for clients.

Qualifications\n
