Contract IT Support Specialist: CS Help Desk & Access Mgmt

Flex is a NYC headquartered FinTech seeking an IT Support contractor to serve as the frontline for tier 1 & 2 IT requests for the Customer Success organization. This contract role will run 30+ hours per week during standard business hours and requires in-office presence at Flex HQ in NYC. The ideal candidate will handle onboarding/offboarding, account provisioning, password resets, MFA and SSO issues, and support across Google Workspace, Slack, Jira and Confluence while maintaining strong SLA #J-18808-Ljbffr Doist
