AP Specialist

Our client in the North Dallas area is seeking an AP Specialist to join their AP department! Duties and responsibilities include: Ensure the accurate processing of high-volume AP invoices Research AP discrepancies to provide AP dispute resolution Respond to vendor inquiries and perform vendor maintenance Setup vendors for payment, including ACH and banking information Perform reconciliations on vendor statements and accounts Large ERP experience is a plus (Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.) Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
