2023 Summer Intern - Revenue Operations

The Revenue Operations (RevOps) Internship will provide an opportunity to work closely with leadership and subject‑matter experts to support the organization’s drive toward revenue acceleration. Responsibilities Work closely with leadership and internal SMEs to identify topics, resources, and sequencing for training. Review existing training materials and propose solutions to help teams thrive in the PROS Virtual First environment. Map and document processes that drive revenue generation. Support the design and development of highly engaging skill‑based training programs and curricula. Drive engagement across the sales organization to share best practices and encourage adoption. Utilize and leverage sales technology tools for reporting and benchmarking. Creatively collaborate with the team to drive new developments and continuous improvement. Qualifications Currently enrolled at a college or university with a concentration or background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development. Capable of managing deadlines and maintaining a professional demeanor with good judgment. Strong strategic sales, business acumen, and relationship‑management skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and public‑speaking skills. Proven ability to collaborate with multiple teams and drive projects forward cross‑functionally. Independent worker who can develop a clear strategy to execute and hold teams accountable. Willingness to learn, teach, lead, and follow.
