Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Summer HR Intern to support our HR team with a focus on recruiting, sourcing, and administrative operations. This is a hands‑on opportunity to gain real‑world experience in talent acquisition and human resources while working closely with experienced professionals. Key Responsibilities Assist with the recruiting and sourcing process , including reviewing resumes and identifying qualified candidates. Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process. Conduct initial outreach to candidates via phone, email, or LinkedIn. Support the HR team with data entry and applicant tracking system (ATS) updates . Perform scanning, shredding, and digitizing of employee files to maintain accurate records. Assist with HR administrative tasks and projects as needed. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. Qualifications Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) . Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR operations. Professional demeanor and strong work ethic. Computer‑savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and software.
