Revenue Operations Specialist

To support a rapidly scaling sales team, the full-time remote Revenue Operations Specialist will manage quote-to-cash processes, Salesforce administration, and reporting while providing daily support to sales representatives. Key responsibilities Own quote-to-cash processes and manage deal desk activities, ensuring accuracy in Salesforce order forms and workflows Build and maintain Salesforce automations and support the Salesforce request queue during US hours for sales representatives Develop and maintain accurate reporting and dashboards for pipeline, renewal, and territory metrics, addressing discrepancies as needed Required qualifications 3+ years of hands-on experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or deal desk, including Salesforce flows and automations Fluency in quote-to-cash processes and understanding of revenue flow through a CRM Experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards, with the ability to reconcile numbers across systems Background in B2B SaaS, with knowledge of deal structures and revenue recognition Resourcefulness in problem-solving and ability to quickly turn around requests in a service-oriented environment
