General Manager Opportunity

We're partnering with an established, growing restaurant group seeking an experienced General Manager to lead one of its successful Columbus locations. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a company that believes great hospitality starts with great people and is committed to developing leaders from within.

What You'll Do

Lead all daily restaurant operations with a focus on hospitality, food quality, and execution.
Recruit, coach, develop, and retain a high-performing management team and hourly staff.
Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence.
Manage labor, food cost, inventory, scheduling, and financial performance.
Create an engaging culture centered around teamwork, accountability, and guest satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
Lead from the floor by supporting both guests and team members.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
Proven leadership and team development experience.
Strong understanding of restaurant financials, including P&L, food cost, labor, and inventory management.
Hands-on leadership style with excellent communication skills.
Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
