HR Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join their team. As a Human Resources Specialist you will be part of the Employee Support Department supporting HR operations and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: HR Specialist Location: Alpharetta, GA Work schedule (days & time): HR Support is open from 9 am - 7 pm. -Must have the ability to work until 7 pm Work location : Hybrid What's the Job? Handle telephonic and electronic inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies with professionalism and empathy. Provide direct resolutions or route inquiries to relevant departments efficiently. Navigate multiple HR systems to identify resources and ensure thorough case documentation. Communicate clearly and respectfully both verbally and in writing. Support a fast-paced, technology-enabled environment focused on delivering exceptional employee care. What's Needed?
