Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while remaining connected with our team through regular virtual meetings and collaborative projects. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs to create effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to address a variety of personal and social challenges faced by clients.

• Formulate and implement service plans tailored to clients’ goals, ensuring a pathway to achieving improved mental health outcomes.
\n
• Act as an advocate for clients, connecting them with necessary resources and addressing pertinent social justice issues that affect their lives.

• Be actively involved in the development, evaluation, and reporting of community programs, ensuring alignment with our mission and goals.

• Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and volunteers to enhance our service offerings and address the community's needs effectively.

• Participate in team meetings, professional training, and outreach activities to strengthen community ties and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals and families from various socio-economic backgrounds, many of whom face significant barriers to mental health care. Your ability to engage empathically with clients experiencing challenges such as trauma, financial instability, and systemic inequities will be key to fostering their resilience and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Texas.

• Strong knowledge of community resources, social justice principles, and trauma-informed care practices.

• Exceptional communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience in a nonprofit setting or community-focused mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a sign-on bonus to help welcome you to our organization.
