Work Environment\n

This role is entirely remote, facilitating a work-life balance while contributing to a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing mental health in various communities. The position involves using telehealth technologies to connect with clients, manage cases, and support their journey towards recovery. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, allowing for clear boundaries between professional and personal life.

Key Responsibilities\n

  Provide direct clinical services to a diverse caseload of clients through virtual appointments, focusing on assessment, individual therapy, and group therapy to address mental health needs.

  Conduct initial screenings and assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to identify clients’ needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

  Ensure ongoing communication with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers to promote teamwork and share vital information related to client care.

  Monitor and document clients’ progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to meet evolving health needs.

  Adhere to ethical guidelines and professional standards in all interactions, maintaining the integrity of the therapeutic process.

  Be available for on-call support during and after program hours, providing timely assistance to clients in need.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LCSW will work primarily with individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including major depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and more. This clientele often resides in communities with limited access to specialized mental health resources, and as such, the LCSW will play a crucial role in delivering care that empowers clients toward greater autonomy and resilience.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
