This position is entirely remote, allowing for flexibility in your work schedule while providing you with the tools and resources needed to support your clients effectively. As a vital member of our community health clinic, you will work from home, engaging with clients through teletherapy sessions, and connecting with interdisciplinary teams via virtual meetings to discuss care plans and share insights.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify needs, strengths, and goals, allowing for the creation of tailored treatment plans focused on therapeutic success.

• Provide psychotherapy in various formats, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, ensuring that each approach is adapted to the client’s unique circumstances.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly, making appropriate referrals to other services or specialists as necessary.

• Maintain thorough documentation of each session and client interaction to ensure compliance with state regulations and internal protocols.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing de-escalation techniques to ensure client safety and comfort.

• Collaborate with families and external community service providers to develop a comprehensive support system for clients.
\n
• Participate in ongoing quality assurance activities, clinical meetings, and in-service training to stay current with best practices and emerging therapeutic methods.

• Provide expert consultation to other healthcare professionals, reinforcing a team-centric approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with diverse clients who present with a wide range of mental health disorders, from anxiety and depression to more complex emotional issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification in the state of Texas.

• Strong understanding of psychological principles and therapeutic techniques, with a focus on evidence-based practices.

• Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to cultural competency in therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a community health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
