About the Role
The Company is seeking a President and CEO to provide strategic and operational leadership that ensures the bank's financial strength, regulatory compliance, and continued growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the development and execution of the bank's strategic plan, leading the senior management team, and representing the bank in local communities and the financial industry. A key aspect of the role is to promote a positive, results-driven culture that values accountability, inclusion, continuous improvement, and collaboration. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a background in banking with a minimum of ten years' of executive leadership experience in a dynamic, hands-on environment. While not mandatory, commercial lending experience or significant risk exposure is preferred. Strong leadership, management, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to think strategically and remain actively engaged in the execution of the bank's mission. The candidate should also demonstrate a strong commitment to the bank's independence and community-focused commercial banking mission.
