Grant Accountant

Our client is seeking two Grant Accountants to support the accounting and administration of grant-funded programs. This is a hands-on role working closely with hospital departments to ensure grant expenses are properly tracked, reimbursed, and compliant with grant requirements. Key Responsibilities Track and reconcile grant-related expenses and reimbursements. Partner with hospital departments to ensure expenses are properly coded and supported. Review grant requirements and determine eligible vs. non-reimbursable expenses. Monitor grant spending and identify discrepancies or compliance issues. Prepare reconciliations, reports, and supporting documentation. Assist with audits and grant reporting requirements. Analyze financial data and ensure accurate reporting. Support process improvements and other accounting projects. Qualifications Experience with grant accounting or grant administration required. Understanding of grant requirements, reimbursement processes, and allowable expenses. Accounting or finance experience within a hospital/healthcare environment is a plus. ERP experience required; Oracle Cloud preferred. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Open to candidates with more junior-level experience who have strong grant-related experience and the ability to learn quickly.
