Payroll Manager Opportunity
CFS is partnering with a growing organization in Westborough, MA to hire a Payroll Manager. Salary: $100,000 to $130,000 Schedule: Full-time, 5 days per week in office Location: Westborough, MA
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations in a high-volume environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional looking to take ownership of a critical function within a stable and growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle payroll process for a large employee population
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in a high-volume environment
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Oversee payroll audits, reconciliations, reporting, and year-end processes
- Partner with HR and Finance to resolve payroll-related issues
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiencies
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of payroll experience, including processing high-volume payroll
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements
- Experience with payroll systems and advanced Excel skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
