Overview
Radiology Tech (X Ray Tech) needed for a travel assignment in Lodi, California. Start date: October 5, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $2,731–$2,937 per week. Shift: Evenings, 8-hour shifts. Setting: hospital imaging department. This is a travel - temporary assignment.

Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment and produce cross-sectional images; perform general radiography and fluoroscopy as assigned.
- Prepare patients, correctly position them, apply shielding, and ensure imaging procedures meet protocol requirements.
- Verify orders, document procedures, and communicate findings with radiologists and clinical staff as appropriate.
- Maintain image quality and perform basic quality control checks; ensure accurate labeling and proper storage of images.
- Adhere to radiation safety, infection control, and patient privacy standards; monitor and document patient safety throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize workflow and respond to emergent imaging needs as needed.

Requirements
- Proficiency in CT imaging, general radiography, and fluoroscopy procedures.
- Ability to perform imaging procedures across modalities per orders in a hospital setting.
- Strong patient-care and communication skills; ability to explain procedures and respond empathetically to patient needs.
- Comfortable working in evenings and adapting to a fast-paced imaging department environment.
- US work authorization and eligibility for travel assignment.
- Commitment to maintaining professional standards and complying with safety regulations.
