Job Summary

The Shelf-Life Specialist manages time-sensitive materials to ensure proper tracking, rotation, and disposition in accordance with regulatory, program, and operational requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Apply warehousing procedures and inventory systems to ensure accurate tracking, rotation, and disposition of shelf-life material.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, organizational, and program standards governing shelf-life controlled items.
• Apply operational procedures and program requirements to support accurate handling of medical equipment, supplies, and furniture.
• Maintain attention to detail to preserve the integrity and usability of stored assets.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in shelf-life management, including receiving, inventory control, and warehousing operations.

Specialized Experience: Experience operating material handling equipment in support of shelf-life and general supply functions.

Certifications: Valid U.S. driver's license; authorization to operate up to a 1.5-ton stake bed truck and 4,000-6,000 lb forklifts.
