Position Overview Registered Nurse (RN) – Cardiac Rehab Location: Aurora Medical Center – Burlington, 252 McHenry Street, Burlington, WI. The facility provides high‑quality cardiac rehabilitation services focused on cardiac cases only. It operates Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. Schedule & Compensation Part‑time: 20 hrs per week, Day Shift. No weekend or holiday shifts. Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour. Key Responsibilities Play a pivotal role in providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by American Heart Association within 6 months of hire. Compensation Base compensation listed within the listed pay range based on factors such as qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
